Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship within Sri Lanka only.

Orders typically arrive within 5-8 business days from the time you place it. Every piece is prepared and quality-checked individually before it goes out, so we ask for a little patience - it's rare for it to take longer than that.

Once your order's on its way, we ship via local courier (SLPost/Fardar) and share your tracking details so you can follow it home.

Order tracking

If you ordered through our site, you'll get your tracking number by email. If you ordered via WhatsApp or Instagram DM, we'll send it the same way. If it's been a while and you haven't heard from us, reach out at pitwall@lamonoposto.com.

Shipping costs

Shipping is a flat rate of LKR 400, unless your order qualifies for a free shipping offer.

Delays

Once your order's with the courier, delivery timing is out of our hands. But if something feels stuck or off, let us know and we'll help chase it down.
